Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within India. International shipping may be available for select locations - please contact us for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress and estimated delivery date.

Delivery

Packages are delivered Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes. If you're not available, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.
